Richard is a Foundations Package Manager with experience across three continents. Richard heads up our Netherlands office in Delft. 

About Richard Krasenberg

Born on Curaçao, Richard is in his element with the sea. Having lived on three continents, he feels most at home in Europe.

Education 

Richard graduated from Delft University and Erasmus Graduate School of Business.

Professional experience

As a passionate Civil Engineer, Richard has worked on offshore wind projects since 2008, leading teams across the globe.

Richard took a leading role in Alfa Ventus, Arkona Becken and two Taiwanese projects.

Having managed the execution and engineering of Balance of Plant scopes, Richard brings a holistic approach and has a talent for reducing complexity.

Why Offshore Wind?

“It’s a kind of magic. Harnessing the wind resource is a grateful job. Wind is caused by differences in atmospheric pressure, which are mainly due to temperature difference. The dilemma is there for everyone to see.

The way forward is to use wind to the benefit of our planet.”
