Louise joined Empire Engineering in 2015 to support the rapid growth of the business. She provides commercial and strategic support to the team, helping to ensure that the business operates efficiently and continues to grow sustainably. Louise manages finance, HR, marketing, and business development functions across Empire’s offices.
